Ripjaws Dorm Leader

I don't want to be dorm leader (or planet commander). ^_^;;
I am posting to envision a dorm for Ripjaw's kind:

Carved arches of dark rock are the furniture, curling around as desks and curving around as beds, to keep the fishmen from floating away when they sleep (unless fish sleep on the ocean floor and don't float away??)
Dim light filters in, and the dorm is decorated with live coral and seaweed, and some of the dormmates keep small fish or shellfish as pets in woven cages. The alarm clock is a mechanical crab, which snaps a massive claw shut repeatedly to wake everyone. Paper and ink do not work underwater, so notes are scratched on thin sheets of metal, or knotted into rope.

It may depend on how many people sign up for each alien. I thought the idea was to have 10 people in each dorm, but perhaps 1 in each will suffice?
